There is no contact form here on purpose. Write to team@measure.so and say what you need. It helps to include the property address or the town, if the question is about a specific place.
I want a property measured
You do not need to email anyone for this. A single report is available today for $25 — one address, one full readout, paid once, no subscription. If you would rather look before you buy, type an address on the home page and we will show you the building we identified at it.
If something about a report looks wrong to you — the wrong building, a number you do not believe — tell us. Send the address and what you expected. We would rather hear it than have you quietly stop trusting the numbers.
I want access for my team, or for software
Platform, Pro and Portfolio plans open publicly in Q4 2026. Until then Measure is in private deployment with early partners, and access is arranged in a conversation rather than at a checkout, so the right first step is an email or a call. Tell us how many properties a month you expect to look at and what you would do with the answers.
The same is true of software that wants to call Measure directly. What it returns and what it refuses to answer is written up on the reference page; access to it is arranged by the same conversation. Email team@measure.so.

Press, analyst and partnership enquiries go to the same address: team@measure.so. Put “press” in the subject line and it gets to the right person faster. We are happy to talk about what can and cannot be measured about a property, including the cannot.
Billing, accounts and data
Questions about a charge, an account, or what we hold about you go to team@measure.so as well. Our privacy page describes what an address lookup stores and how to ask for it to be deleted, and the Terms of Service cover the rest.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot certify a measurement, sign off a design, or provide an opinion that stands in for a licensed professional. Measure returns computed estimates, not a survey. If a decision needs a stamp, it needs a surveyor or an engineer — a measurement from us is a good reason to hire one, and never a substitute for it.
