Measure is pre-launch. Rather than invent a monthly price and then defend it, we would rather set it with the people actually running the work — so access is agreed in a conversation, on terms that fit how many properties you look at and how you already buy. Platform access opens publicly in Q4 2026.

Tell us the area you cover and roughly how many addresses a month you put through, and we will tell you what that looks like. Usually the same day.

  • What platform access includes
  • Property analysis. One address: every wall measured, the grade and direction on each, the contributing area, the water on it, the 3D model and the report.
  • Development analysis. Vacant land — where water collects, where it runs, and what a building placed there would sit against.
  • Your saved properties. Everything this account has measured stays readable, and re-opening one costs nothing.
  • Territory and leads work. Name a region and we measure every addressed building in it, then rank them by the share of measured wall where the ground falls toward the building. What arrives is the list, the map, a report for each property, and somewhere to mark who you have spoken to. It is a measurement, not a diagnosis.
