What you are buying

Making an account is free, and it measures: five properties and five development sites a month, in full, without a card or a call. One property report is on sale today and you can buy it without speaking to anyone. The larger arrangements — territories, volume, the API — are agreed on a call. Read this page before you sign in.

Why there is no monthly price on this page. Measure is pre-launch. We would rather set what platform access costs with the people actually running the work than invent a number and then defend it, so it is agreed in a conversation. Platform access opens publicly in Q4 2026.

Property analysis: One address: every wall measured, the grade and direction on each, the contributing area, the water on it, the 3D model of the building and the report as a PDF.
Development analysis: Vacant land — where water collects, where it runs, and what a building placed there would sit against.
Your saved properties: Everything the account has measured stays readable. Re-opening a property you already measured costs nothing and does not measure it again.
Territory and leads work: Name a region and we measure every addressed building in it, then rank them by the share of measured wall where the ground falls toward the building. What arrives is the list, the map, a report for each property, and somewhere to mark who you have spoken to. It is a measurement, not a diagnosis — no property on a list is known to have taken water.

What you are acknowledging

Measure is in beta and the checkout will not run until you have said you understand that. This is the whole of it, rather than a link to a longer version of it:

Measure runs our own 3D model of the ground, with water routed over it to measure how the land sits against a building. It is in beta, so you may hit rough edges.
Every answer carries its own confidence and says what it could not measure. Where we cannot identify a building with certainty we say so rather than measuring a neighbor's roof.
Everything Measure returns is a computed estimate from measurement and public data. It is not a site survey and must not be used as one.

I understand Measure is in beta, and I have read the three points above. Recorded against your purchase as beta-2026-08. The server refuses a checkout without it, so you will be asked again in the console — this is not the tickbox that counts, it is the explanation of the one that does.

Next step: signing in. Payment happens in the console, on Stripe's own checkout — we never see your card. Nothing on this page starts a subscription, because there is not one to start yet.
