- Never states that a property is contaminated, or that it is clean.
- No score, no grade, no rank and no risk tier — not for one property and not across a portfolio.
- Never says state or tribal records are clear, because they were not searched.
- No groundwater flow direction, and no plume direction or vapor encroachment geometry.
